All registrations received by Friday, October 7 will receive a confirmation and payment receipt via email. Registrations received after October 7, when preregistration closes, will be processed on-site, provided with payment receipts at that time and no confirmations will be sent.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
To cancel or switch your registration to another person (registrant substitution), please call the Chapter office at (360) 352-7290.

Cancellations received by September 16 will be refunded the registration fee less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations between September 17 and October 7 will receive a 50 percent refund. There will be no refunds after October 7.

Unless there is a waiting list for the course, registrant substitutions will be accepted at no charge until October 7. All registrant substitutions must be for the same member type and are at the discretion of chapter staff. No substitutions will be accepted if the course has a waiting list.

Course substitutions may be made in advance through October 7. Course substitutions after October 7 may be made onsite.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees include admittance to your course(s) of choice, access to digital course handouts and all meals and events (except WPT-PAC events). Please note: We do not accept registrations for one day only of a two-day course.

MEALS
On Friday (preconference), coffee and tea will be available in the morning with light refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks. Lunch is on your own. On Saturday and Sunday, a continental breakfast will be available before courses begin, with a lunch buffet during the lunch break, as well as light refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks.

WILD & CRAZY RATE
All APTA members (not just Washington Chapter members) who submit their registrations by July 31 (no exceptions) will receive this discount off the Early Bird rate. This discount also applies to administrative staff working in APTA Washington member clinics. See rate chart on registration order form for prices.

MEMBER RATES
You must be a member in good standing as of the date of the conference to be eligible for all member rates. Registrants who have a membership expiration date prior to the conference must provide proof of membership before the end of the conference or they will be subject to paying the non-member rate. New APTA members who do not yet have a member number must submit a copy of their membership application confirmation to receive the member rate.

STUDENT MEMBER RATES
This rate applies to all students who are APTA-members and categorized as a student by APTA. You do not have to belong to the Washington Chapter to qualify for this rate; you may belong to any chapter of APTA.

SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
All special dietary requests must be made at the time of registration. A special meal ticket will be provided with your registration packet and name tag on-site. Some meals may already meet your special dietary needs, so no ticket is necessary. We work directly with the facility’s food and beverage providers, however, we cannot guarantee that any area will be completely allergy free. If you have a severe allergy we would suggest you carry an EpiPen® or appropriate medication with you in case of emergency.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
All courses are eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) and meet guidelines required by the Washington State Department of Health Board of Physical Therapy for licensure of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. Continuing education courses offered by APTA Washington are intended for health and other allied professionals and should not be taken if the course content is outside the learner’s legal scope of practice.

COURSE CANCELLATION
In the unlikely event that the chapter must cancel a course, APTA Washington will provide credit to attend another course at the conference or a future APTA Washington conference. The chapter will not be responsible for additional costs (travel, etc.) incurred by registrants.
