LOAD-IN, LOAD-OUT & SHIPPING INFORMATION

You may load in and set up on Saturday, September 28 between 7 and 9:15 a.m. If you need a Friday evening accommodation, please email conference@aptawa.org by no later than September 18.
South Puget Sound Community College (SPSCC) - Lacey Campus accommodates for load in and out through main entrances.
Our exhibit space will take place in the area right inside the front doors on the Sixth Avenue side of the main Lacey campus building.
This venue will not be handling any exhibit materials, so please arrange with Chapter staff and ship to:
